front desk lady very rude. asked for a form to fill out for medical reports and in response get eyes rolled at me and says why can't u do that after. very unprofessional and the physical therapist really didn't seem to know what she was doing. I've worked with a few pt offices working with NFL trainers and was very shocked to see the lack of knowledge they had. came in hurting left in more pain then thot possible. definitely do not recommend this place.

Noooo. Customer Service. Is really bad. Not Doctors. Ugly place. The take 4 hours due my Phisical text.
I arrived for what I thought was going to be a routine drug test. When I arrived there were four people sitting in the waiting room out front. I waited an hour and 10 minutes before being asked to go sit in another waiting room in the back. While the staff were very professional and polite, the wait for routine drug test was entirely too long.
The employees were all professional. My experience was great and people were doing there jobs instead of like some places setting around and shooting the bull. A job well done.
