These folks are worthless. As the reviewer Damien wrote in his review, they will actually laugh at a person with a complaint, and peddle it off to WA State DSHS, or worse, WA State DoH. And laugh. There is a reason The United States has the highest priced worst quality health care system in the industrialized world, these folks.
