Edit: update. 6 weeks later, still no refund, nothing but runaround from US Health. No resolution despite daily phone calls. Nothing but excuses from Shelly. Buyer beware! Horrible customer service! They're only responsive when trying to make a sale, obviously, but once you purchase health insurance through their office you're basically on your own.
