She is on the phone while people are literally waiting for her. Very rude and I can just go across the street and spend my hair working money . Better store and options . It was just close to my bank but I rather go through 3 lights to another store instead of dealing with the service here
The customer service suckssssssssss like she's mean to her own people this is why I will never go back in there she's so rude the main lady at the counter than look at u like u stealing when u spend alot of money in there often.
Great Service. Knowledgeable associates. Advise me on the best type of hair and what to do to make sure I was getting the right one. She didn't just want me to spend my money and lose it. I really appreciate that.
