If I could rate 0 stars I would. Find another hair store preferably a black owned one that will treat you with respect and professionalism. I stood in line for a long time while the guy cashier stood there shuffling through bags. Another lady came from the back and told the lady behind me that she’s going to check her out. I spoke up and said I’ve been waiting here to be checked out and she told me the guy would need to check me out. Good supply of wigs; you may try on four, and exactly four.
I am so done with this store. I went in recently looking for products and I literally had two people watching me. Like in real life sit behind the computer and watch people like Hair Depot do. It’s becoming an unpleasant shopping experience. Not to mention they are actually higher in price than others. I’ve been coming since they opened and spent literally hundreds of dollars. Not anymore. IM DONE.
