UPDATE -- Thank you for reply to my review, but you did not address the fact your team was incorrect in the unrepairable tire. This is why I will not return to your shop, there is no trust for your team since the tire was in fact repairable. The discussion on how many tires to replace is secondary to the conversation. Beware, I recently visited UTS for a flat repair. The price was quoted up front and the process explained. I felt the cost was a little high, but for an inside tire patch I understand there is labor involved and this is the best way to fix a flat. The service manager or consultant, not sure he never introduced himself, gave me the bad news the tire is unrepairable as they found a puncture too close to the sidewall along with the original complaint of a screw in the tread.
