person on the phone was very arrogant and very rude saying if that’s how you feel. It’s too high a diagnostic fee. They’re trying to charge $189. That’s a bit steep just to put a multimeter to the test to see if there’s a power acidic draw in the vehicle somewhere, it only takes probably less than 30 minutes to actually truly diagnose. I can’t recommend United Tire in Feasterville enough. Eric, Maryanne, and all the mechanics are simply the best. We’ve been going there for years, and they’ve always been incredibly reliable, kind, and honest. They consistently give you the best options available and truly have your best interest in mind. It’s rare to find a place you can trust this much, highly recommend!
My husband had United put a new front tire on my car because I got a flat. A day later my son borrowed my car for a 45 minute drive to his destination on a highway and started to hear a weird noise from the new tire. Luckily he slowed down and put his hazards on and exited the highway. My husband and I drove to meet him only to realize a lugnut was missing and the other lug nuts were loose.
