Horrible company to deal with stay away. Have issued a bills for works they themselves have confirmed they have and will not completed, are impossible to speak to only get cold emails haven’t responded to last emails if you want. They also have send debt collectors for fees that they believe are owed although there own team have stated in emails they haven’t completed work And would accept conversation about reducing fee for uncomplicated works as per there terms H&R spent more time with me and were of a much higher standard... read more
