A miserable experience. This company seems to be run by a few youngsters with no regard for a customer's time and convenience. After waiting an entire day for a bill of lading to be sent to me so I could ship a pallet to my customer I called their office. I was placed on hold for 9 ½ minutes, hung up, and repeated follow-up calls were greeted with “Nina please hold” or voice mail.
