I don't know who is responsible for making receiving appointments, but they should be ashamed of themselves. The entire appointment setting system needs to be overhauled. Having drivers sit for 6-8 hours for 10 pallets of products is ridiculous. It started with 10 trucks having a 7am appointment. Id alternate those appointments by 30 minutes clear up congestion on the properties, allow the warehouse to focus on less trucks and they can move more quickly.
