This is a great grocer for large items and large quantities of items. I am a home chef, I don't have a restaurant—but I do a fair amount of meat smoking (salmon, brisket, etc.) I get my brisket here in huge 17-20 lb. cuts (point and flat), which I typically cure and smoke for the best pastrami ever. Much better prices than smaller grocery stores, and often the local gracers are getting bought out of their higher priced brisket. If this happens to you, go to Chef'Store. Problem solved!
Great friendly service and very good pricing. Great visit today, and they are open Easter Sunday.
Just shopped here. Great prices in bacon. Planning on coming back again for more meat selection. Everyone was nice too.
