Whats wrong with the staff inside the check in office. They dont know how to communicate with a driver, especially the old lady on the left window. She does not answer your question happily but shows attitude. I am an owner operator and will not bring a load to this facility anymore.
This is one of the worst delivery I have ever see in my life they don’t care about your time I came here 7: am now 12:pm I pay lumber fee and late fee still they have my paper work
Check in 8 am got door 11 am ,still on door 1 pm,, don’t deliver here if you have pick up schedule, these people lazy , specially capstone lumper company worker , mf Lz as
