I tried to speak with Juston, President of U.S. Flooring Company Inc. in Joplin. Brennan, some sort of front desk associate, was quite rude and when I answered his response, and put me through to call waiting during the middle of my explanation. This is poor customer service, and I'll update this review if my interaction changes with other staff at this facility.
