Member Services doesn't respond to emails, despite saying they will in 24 hours. Was rudely told by staff to "be patient"
Really terrible customer experience. The dreadful attitude of the staff extends from the front desk staff to the general manager at the Tysons location. They all seem to be too busy to answer questions even though they have plenty time to stand around and chat with each other.
