Went in to ask for copies of my oil changes over the last year I've been coming here every month for at least three years. All they could pull up was 3 times. They don't maintain the times you Get it changed. When I confronted them about the record keeping the son got mad and snatched my phone while the dad jumped me from behind and started hitting me.
