I do not recommend that customer service technicians work with this company, they are looking for workers who are far away from the site and they send you there with a request to do a free inspection and tell them the cost so that they can approve the cost for the job. After that, they reduce the cost of your work by half and say that since you are already there, please do the work. I’m a vendor in KY. I have done work on their behalf more times than I can count. I have completed every job to their satisfaction, to include all paperwork, photos, photos for future work orders, Sing-offs, and job completion. Not once have I been paid in timely manner. I’ve been calling for three weeks in regards to job completed in February. I have about 3 more invoices due and god knows it’s going to be like pulling teeth. Completed a work order for them back in April, 2023 - submitted all the paperwork in a timely manner. It's January 2024 and still No Payment, no communication, no answers. Have done another project for them and got paid after a long wait and back and forth. Terrible business model. Will not accept any more work orders from them
