US Eyeglass Remorse- Everybody be warned about their "repair service". My $300 lenses are ruined now because of their shoddy repair and untrained technicians. I brought in a pair of glasses for adjustment that I bought at a shop in Japan (no way I could have my shop do the adjustment now).elted the AR coating off my new lenses, now they're a blurry mess I was first given a sheet to sign absolving them of liability for damages incurred during the repair process!!??! I took my glasses here to be repaired, but their "repair" service was a joke. The glasses look like they were fixed by a 10 year old, and there are sharp, hacked off screws sticking out. Stay far away from this place. As far as I'm concerned the day they go out of business cannot come soon enough.

They damaged the lenses and frames while performing the "repair" and refused to make it right. NEVER use these guys for anything.
They tried to sell me a new pair of glasses also, even though I only needed the nose piece repaired, I said no, please just fix these frames....When I picked them up the lenses were totally chipped and not even placed in the frames properly, they would not refund the $50 i paid for the repair and ruined the $500 pair of glasses (lenses) I had!!!!
