Call the dealer today to ask about a Chevy suburban they had for sale. Googled the vin, knowing that it was a R title. Saw that the frame was bent in two places and asked the Person on the phone, how bad the frame was bent, and they told me that it was not bent and didn’t even list all the parts that I saw were bad. I understand the hustle, But what I don’t understand is trying to lie about something that you can see online.
I bought a car here because they came highly recommended by a family friend who has been buying all their families cars here for years. I was skeptical about buying a salvage title but my experience here has been great. They were very open about the previous damage, sent me the full carfax report and was totally fine with me bringing the car to a mechanic. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this dealership. Based on my experience, they appear to clear diagnostic codes prior to sale and conceal existing mechanical and safety issues. I recommend that any potential buyer bring their own diagnostic scanner and have a full independent inspection performed before finalizing a purchase.
