had an engine rebuilt by us engines. it ran for 2 weeks, and the warranty says that all work must be authorized, and us engines will not authorize any work on it. Mechanic estimates around a thousand (more)to fix it.I will be taking us engines to court as I have 2 different certified mechanics statements that the problem is the rebuilders fault.
Please do not do buisness with these people. I am a fool for doing so. I did not heed the warning from the person that wrote the previous review and simply wrote them off as a cry baby. The fact is that the reviewer and I had eerily similar interactoins with these clowns. This was by far my worst experience with ANY company I've ever dealt with. All, My experience with US Engine was horrifying. When trying to get a deal sent in stone you never talk to the same person twice (get it in writing! They will not honor anything). They told me it would take 2 weeks to rebuild my engine it took twice that long. When I tried to pay with a credit card I was notified that a 3% fee would be added to the already inflated price I had to pay I had to get a money order to get my vehicle back, they would even take a personal check (I suppose they the owner does not trust anyone becau... read more
