Horrible company. I was never with them. I had a contract with CTR and they bought CTR. Apparently my contract automatically goes to new owner. Republic took over and charges you for anything and everything. We were paying 400-500 a month and then $950 when they added all their BS fees. Now they went up to $1450 since we don’t have a new contract in place and they blame it on fuel for their trucks. I would never in a million years ever sign or use republic services for any of my businesses again.
imagine this company damaging your property, and costing you nearly $500 in repairs. Only to deny your claim saying that your witness testimony was not good enough, and that because there was no video evidence, you’re stuck with the repairs yourself Poor culture, poor accountability
Property damage by truck, dual wide tire marks near mailbox and broke my keypad. They declined my claim when I have photo evidence of them causing the damage. I recommend using another service
