I attempted to open a non-profit account with US Bank online but apparently one of their requirements for a non-profit is a "in person" meeting. No problem!... except that they do not have a Texas branch and will not make an exception to do the meeting virtual to answer a few questions. They claim to be great for non-profits but I'm not seeing this.
