The purchase for this door was made easy by Romeo. He answered all of my questions (in detail) and was a pleasure to deal with. Door was expensive, but better priced than others. The shipping times got slipped a couple of times, and then the shipper told US Doors & More the wrong delivery date because of a holiday, so would have had to wait an additional week because trucking company only delivers once a week out in the country where it was going to be delivered. ORDER # 116435 Spent over $5,000 on an oversized custom wooden door. It looked great in the packaging but once the door was installed I noticed a large smudge between the glass. Also the installers had to re-mortise the hinges because they were almost 1/2" off from the mortise on the door jambs. this required that we wood-putty and stain the defective area ourselves to make the door look presentable. I was hesitant about fiberglass doors, but these completely won me over! They look exactly like real wood but without any of the maintenance headaches. Super sturdy, energy efficient, and absolutely beautiful. Communication and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!
