I ordered 3 doors for our new construction home and couldn't be more disappointed. We ordered the doors because they were in stock and we were told they would arrive in 30 days. 30 days later and the doors still haven't left the factory because they are on backorder. They never communicated with us about the delays and have been beyond difficult to deal with. We now have a home with 3 holes in it getting rained on daily. Door selection is excellent. I paid for the shipping insurance, especially because they use unfamiliar shippers. Before receipt, the shipping company informed me the door was damaged, but insisted I meet them on delivery so I could determine whether I would take it anyways. The door was completely unusable. Broken glass and cracked frame. They needed the door back to determine their course of action, which took about a month for some reason. I absolutely love my new door. I worked with an exterior designer who recommended a door from DoorNMore. I was initially hesitant—after all, when you’re spending over $10,000 on a door, you want to see it in person, understand the quality, and be confident in every detail before making a purchase. ORDER # 116435 Spent over $5,000 on an oversized custom wooden door. It looked great in the packaging but once the door was installed I noticed a large smudge between the glass. Also the installers had to re-mortise the hinges because they were almost 1/2" off from the mortise on the door jambs. this required that we wood-putty and stain the defective area ourselves to make the door look presentable. I had the best experience ordering from US Door and more. They helped me get just the right barn doors to match my existing doors in a new 2nd home of ours. They worked to fit the space and the timing was perfect which was challenging to get the delivery during one of our trips there. They also helped choose the right hardware and continued to check in to make sure everything was perfect. Such a great company.
