I would give them zero If it was an option. They took my deposit and never did my shutters nor returned my monies. Almost $4000.00 … So basically they stole my hard earn money. Emails text message and phone calls for a year and some and nothing. However you write his name Hager back and forth and nothing. I will still peruse this case !!!
They took measurements and we provided a down payment over $5,000. After over a year of no-call, no-shows, rescheduling, and repeating, we asked for our deposit back. Never returned it. Went to small claims court and won. They still never paid the judgement.
I had all my windows done with accordion shutters a few years back(they were too big so they went to Lowe's to get wood to extend them). I started receiving calls last January from Haggar to let them come out to check my shutters and fix locks. After many calls to me I hired them. They came out in March and against my better judgement Kurt Anothny asked for a deposit of $300.00 to cover the cost of some new panels with a clear view in them.
