Hello, This company is fraud. I don't recommend this company to anyone and everyone is complaining that they take the money and don't do the job. They took 5,000 deposit from us on May 13th 2025 and they haven't installed anything yet. I keep calling them for my refund almost everyday they keep delaying and lying also they have taken my husband's disability money my husband is suffering from Parkinson's and is partially blind and this is causing him a mental stress.
Like a lot of other reviewers, we paid our deposit and were told that someone would come out for our pre-install appointment in a few weeks. It has been 3 months and still no one has come out for our pre-install appointment. We gave ample time before hurricane season to do this and we still don't have hurricane shutters. We have called multiple times and they always apologize and give an excuse that they are just really busy, but like, busy doing what?
