Be careful with this company. I placed my down payment and it took them 10 months to finally have them install. I would literally not hear from them for weeks at a time. There’s always an excuse. Even after final install, they never completely gave me all the parts (accordion shutter hold down clips) which they kept telling me they would be in touch to deliver. For the past several months, I have been calling them to bring up a concern about a shutter that is falling apart. They answer and tell me I will receive a call back.... read more
Great experience and work - Manny was great to work with and on time
Great company and great people. I am writing this review because people just like to hurt other business. The company itself is a wonderful company. We did comfront Manny ( the salesman ) with all this google reviews and he was able to explain us the situation. The owner of the comapny died last year and all orders were behind but finished. We gave Manny an opportunity to install our shutters and they took the time he told us it was going to take, (4 to 6 weeks) I am completly satisfied with the work done and I am referring ... read more
The company did a wonderful job in my house. I was skeptical at the beggining because has so bad reviews, but Manny was able to explain what happened. I will use them again. The staff is professional and Manny was amazing.
Got thr shutters instal , was waiting for the clear panels to instal them so I could see out side, no comunication at all , can’t get in touch with them , no apologies why didn’t came to install the clear ones , terrible service , after waiting a month I cancel !!!!🤬
