Jeromy and his team were professional and extremely thorough during the mold mitigation process after the basement at our lake house flooded. They walked us through the entire process, communicated clearly, and did outstanding work. I would highly recommend US Disaster Restoration to anyone needing their services.

I called after Lowe's broke a water line and flooded my house. They wasted no time and responded the same day. They were very conscientious and efficient from start to finish. When they finished with remediation and repairs, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them when disaster comes calling.

We had a great experience with US disaster! They were professional, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of. They communicated well throughout the process and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. We appreciate their time, effort, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing restoration services!

They started out all right. Then there were days they would not show up here because I had to go work somewhere else. Most of the framing work they did had to be redone by the general contractor. One of the studs was entirely too short which I pointed out to the person and they used it anyway. I found chunks of sheetrock and other trash down in the bottom of my furnace. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
