Karlie Carson is very personable, and friendly. The wait time from arrival to being seen is not acceptable- my time is as valuable as hers. If she is always running late ( she admits that) - maybe schedule appointments farther apart would be helpful for all.

Their billing department will screw you over and over again and then scream at you when you call to get their mistakes straightened out. Billing personnel (Tonya), and referral personnel need some customer service training!!! It happened to me twice, but it won't happen again as there are plenty of other dermatologists out there.
