I’m a regular patient here. The entire staff is very welcoming and seems to truly care about me as a patient. 10/10 these guys are awesome.
Good VA clinic that serves everyday needs.
The front desk was very rude. They gossip about their clients and make rude comments. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. They need to do better for our veterans!
Unbelievable how the VA is known for taking care of the veteran community but at the same time screw them over. Spent 30 minutes trying to schedule an appointment to find out when I arrived they turned me down because I had my 6 month old daughter along. Not only did they not inform me prior to my appointment but they had the audacity to smile at me while telling me this. No signs or notice posted outside of the clinic. Properly inform service members about rules and procedures before you smile at them and turn them down
