As a PTs wife who has been cared for here since 2009 I am very happy. He has been well cared for by several Drs and departments. No place is perfect and there will always be those who are unhappy or had a bad experience but he often gets better care there than I get in the non veteran medical care world.

10 years ago it was likely one of the best in the country then a NEW Administration took over and it is been downhill ever since Drs are the bottom of the barrel the decent one hate it there because they ties their hands employees hate working there, service is now awful , they took a well run hospital and drove it right into a ditch where it resides to this day!

So far a good hospital with low wait times. The cafeteria is the worst hospital cafeteria or school cafeteria or interstate gas station hot plate food you will ever eat. Fried everything that sucked and nothing but soda for a drink. Even the employees asked me why I went there. Come on US gov feed your employees and veterans some real food. LGB!!!

Today 10-07-2020 I got my last Colonoscopy. They 1st tested me for Corvid 19. Once cleared I was called on my phone to check in. All nursiing staff were above board. I requested only a relaxing agent so I could watch the entire procedure. The doctor and his staff were extremely pleasant and informative. No issues found but recommended more Metamucil. Thanks to the VA for making an unpleasant procedure bearable. W
