It's a terrible service. No customer support at all. Our cameras are not working for more the 4 months. We are trying to contact them for months by text messages and by phone and they did nothing at all. They don't answer the phone and they don't fix the problem. It was a big mistake to pay so much money for their service, which never work properly.
