So now the end caps on the bottom rails of the banded motorized shades are yellowing and breaking!. They're not even one year old. Plastic blind parts are designed to withstand sunlight. If their quality!. I've been buying blinds for 35 years from their competitors and I've never ever had a problem like this. I've been replacing Motors also!. Smh!.

So I went down to Miami and I opened up three new accounts with other companies. They are almost 50% cheaper than the full retail price you are paying at us custom shades! And it looks like your old company has a higher rating than your new company! That speaks volumes to me about who was the actual issue at the other company! Lmao! Lmao!
