I have been going to Cryotherapy for 3 years and find it is the perfect fit for an active lifestyle! Despite the cold, it is not uncomfortably cold. It reduces inflammation and promotes recovery. I would not be able to keep up my pace without their help. And, best of all, they make it fun!
This was my first cryo experience! My foot was injured and cryotherapy helped so much. Not only did it expand my mobility and speed up the healing process but I also felt immediate pain relief! Definitely recommend this to anyone who hasn't been!
I have been going to US Cryotherapy in Davis since they opened. The people and customer service at US Cryotherapy in Davis are fantastic! As a swimmer, I get spot treatments as needed for my shoulders and it helps a lot. After a swim meet, the chamber does wonders for post competition soreness. I highly recommend them!
US Cryotherapy Davis is absolutely wonderful. I've been going here for the past year and I can confidently say that Cryotherapy has become an integral part of my training regimen. As someone who has been rehabbing from a serious knee injury, I couldn't imagine my recovery process without cryo. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, not to mention excellent at what they do. Definitely a whole hearted two thumbs up!� �
Been going to cryo for about three years now and whenever I have some sort of naggin injury it always helps expedite the healing process! Go freeze your body!! Recovery is key!!! Staff is awesome! Huge shout outs to Kim, Gabi, Olivia, Teresa and Meagan!
