Update I spoke with Heather we agreed on a settlement verbally on the phone. A week later had water leaked in the crawl space had another company flip and replace the insulation move and hang dehumidifier and move the sump pump. The whole encapsulation was done incorrectly four years ago. Had it been inspected by qualified technicians this would have been avoided. I cganged my settlement amount to 2500.00 she refused. Stay away from this company. They do not check the encapsulation, review the Technicians work, this company installed the insulation upside down in 1/2022. I just purchased my first home was referred to US Pest control who does the pest and US crawlspace does the encapsulation. 2 weeks ago asked them to do inspection and they advised me the insulation was upside down and claims they didn't do the insulation work. Absolutely terrible on their sheet it says “mandatory” video of the job they do on your crawl space but if you have issues all of a sudden there is no video and they have no record of the job they actually do. After spending thousands of dollars they want you to dish out more to the tune of 5 thousand plus. Do not trust them. And they will lie and make problems up

I give my highest recommendation to US Crawlspace (US Pest). I had an odd odor that had to be coming from the crawlspace. I called US Crawlspace to avail myself of their free inspection and learned I had serious problems. They showed me a video of what was under my home and provided a clear plan to remediate the stunning problem the previous poorly done 'vapor barrier' had allowed.
