Absolutely terrible on their sheet it says “mandatory” video of the job they do on your crawl space but if you have issues all of a sudden there is no video and they have no record of the job they actually do. After spending thousands of dollars they want you to dish out more to the tune of 5 thousand plus. Do not trust them. And they will lie and make problems up
Stay away from this company. They do not check the encapsulation, review the Technicians work, this company installed the insulation upside down in 1/2022. I just purchased my first home was referred to US Pest control who does the pest and US crawlspace does the encapsulation. 2 weeks ago asked them to do inspection and they advised me the insulation was upside down and claims they didn't do the insulation work. I give my highest recommendation to US Crawlspace (US Pest). I had an odd odor that had to be coming from the crawlspace. I called US Crawlspace to avail myself of their free inspection and learned I had serious problems. They showed me a video of what was under my home and provided a clear plan to remediate the stunning problem the previous poorly done 'vapor barrier' had allowed. I hired US Crawlspace for an encapsulation project, expecting professional service based on their marketing. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The assigned worker admitted to having limited experience, having completed only a few encapsulations, yet was sent to work alone without supervision.
