Could/SHOULD be a lot better yard. Returned there TODAY... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, STILL sloppy, pot hole infested yard!, HOGS would feel rite @ home @ this yard...LITERALLY!! SLOW!!, be prepared to wait.
No sign to get in to the lot pot holes everywhere and rivers inside the yard stay away !
