Fixed my laptop in just one day! They really seem to know what they are doing and were very courteous and professional.
the people at this store have been very helpful to me. they fixed my computer quickly and didn't charge me very much compared to the other estimates I got. I would recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great. In a world where Customer Service often goes by the wayside, they shine! They worked with me for hours trying to find an intermittent problem with my PC and finally resolved it. Other shops had tried to sell me a new computer - these guys fixed my old computer, saved my data and tuned it up for under $200 - way less than the new computers that everyone else was trying to sell me. My computer was dead, my business was down. I was panicking. Other places wanted money up front and couldn't tell me how long it would take. These guys were great. They knew exactly what to do. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Bam! They had me up and running and back in business. All that and a fair price. I've called back with some questions and they had the answers. I was suprised to find such prompt and caring folks in todays money hungry world. I had been several places trying to get a recurring problem fixed, Quotes ran double what these guys charged me. Although their hourly rate seemed high, it only took them a half hour. They really know what they are doing. Most importantly they actuaqlly fixed a long term problem and now everything works fine and continues to work fine. I'd recommend them to anyone!
