I was interviewed by officer Reynosa. She was so understanding, patient, and kind!
Officer Shelton was rude. I was there to translate for my uncle who couldn’t even walk, talk and understand nothing. My uncle is experiencing PTSD and had multiple medical exemption form from his doctor. The officer kept asking questions in English. My uncle doesn’t understand any of those. I feel that USCIS needs to train their officers on how to handle these types of situation.
The officers have a patient and friendly and have , great service! Thanks God Thank you For my new homeland and all the team uscis
