Neglected Claim: I experienced neglect when trying to dispute an unauthorized charge with hialeah gardens employees, Rosemary and Maria. I went out with my family and discovered an extra charge. I called my bank, but your employees advised me to contact the company that charged me for a refund, which I couldn't reach.
