Walked into the store with what I thought was a problem with my phone. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant and fixed the problem. Out the door in minutes! We have been with US Cellular for 28 years and cannot remember ever having a problem. Plan on staying but would be nice if they would adopt benefits for dedicated customers.
We have had terrible service with us cellular we signed up for the "for lines for$ 90 " and "internet for $39" our shock and disbelief when our first bill came for $598!!!??? what ?! after talking with 5 different reps in the last 6 weeks on the phone- they said to come in and talk to a rep and they are telling they can't help me, that we have to wait another month. This is not customer service this is not ok this is not my error, they are making it our issue great service.... what an absolute nightmare so make sure you get ... read more
