Just had a really snarky employee interaction. Really disrespectful and didn't even offer to help me with update. Just acted like I am an idiot for making sure it wasn't a phishing scam. Rude. They used to have a really nice and helpful man. Not now. Will not ever go back to this branch for help.
Business hours posted on door. Says open at 10AM. Waited outside for 35 minutes. Guess nobody wanted to work today..
