My phone got stolen.I went back to get a new phone. They wanted full price for a new one . Insurance is a rip off. We paid $69 for each phone. $12 A MONTH for insurance is ridiculous. Now $179 to replace a phone on $1000 a month income
Had to get a new cell phone and service. Went to the US Cellular in the mall and had a great experience with Sirus. So happy he was the one that helped me. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with in cell store! He even offered to put on a screen protector that I didn't buy from them. Hope they pay him well and hope he's there forever! Thanks Sirus!!
