I was told about ACP and I tried signing up for it multiple times over several months. I was eventually told your bill has to be a minimum amount to qualify and my bill was below the minimum after I was told I qualify for i.When my family got this phone for me I went to pay my bill the next month and found out from my family the first month of service had been paid for at time of purchase and of course the employee at U S cellular didn't tell me that and gladly took my payment.
