This location is a third-party retailer, not a corporate store. My experience has been a nightmare of broken promises and nonexistent customer service. I have upgraded my phones here three times. Went into the store today to try to activate my Fiances Phone and they’re was a gentleman and lady working around 4pm and the Lady said she could not activate my phone due to my Gmail, was very stressful bcuz we had to call customer service and do a run around we went back and the store was already closed and ended up going to a different us cellular and they ended up activating the phone within 2minutes no problem, this is terrible customer service from her part and very frustrating.
My sister has dementia. We were able to find a phone online specifically for her that can limit her calls. Nik helped me set up the phone. Switched from her landline to this cell phone. He was great! Very knowledgeable! Very patient answering my questions. This location is great!
I have had US Cellular for many years and very happy with them I worked at Spectrum and I still stayed with US Cellular even though as an employee it would have been cheaper
