I came into the store with a charging problem on my phone. I thought it might not be able to be repaired. Ryan Hinz was my Sales Person. He is very tech savvy and knowledgeable. Most importantly he helped me with my specific needs. I was able to get a new phone and get a better service plan.
Ryan and Nicole are fantastic!! They are 2 of the most patient people I have ever met! I am not very tech savvy, but they were able to resolve the problems I had and encouraged me to ask questions until I felt comfortable with my situation. They are the ONLY people I want when it comes to my phone service! They are the best!
