Dishonest…I stopped into this building looking for US Cellular as this is where it was formerly located. Instead of being honest and informing me that US Cellular had moved they told me that USC was no longer but they could get me “switched over.” It is true USC will be merging but this is not what they told me. They claimed AT&T had better phone and data service. It does not. They made several other claims about rebates that proved to be untrue. I went to Tricom Radio shack in Platteville, WI looking for a wireless charger for my S22. I spoke with a sales representative who directed me to a kiosk with wireless chargers on the way I noticed a separate display mid aisle showcasing the same chargers on sale for $24.95 from their normal price of $34.95. To be clear, this sale price was clearly posted in two areas and both sales tags were the same price. Seeing this, I picked up one for the car and one for the house. The staff here were excellent to work with. Doug went above and beyond to help us with our new phones, switching carriers and getting a refund from a local competitor who really didn’t want to do anything for us, which saved us a substantial amount of money. If I could I would give them a 10 out of 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!!

This is the absolute worst place i ever went to for a radio installation and speakers installed. Douglas did a terrible job for $500+ front speakers didn't work had to take my car all the way to madison to get fix which cost another 800 bucks because they had to clean up his mess, he also knocked my ignition loose, i will never go back there or send someone else there. This place is a Nightmare
