Jessica is an extraordinary competent, patient and overall great person to work issues out with. Without her much appreciated assistance we were considering changing cell phone service due to the lack of getting anywhere with customer support via numerous phone conversations with numerous people. As soon as we came into store and explained all our issues we were having Jessica promptly and patiently got issues resolved.
