Called to ask questions before coming in to make sure they could help me. And was told they were too busy in the store to help me. They would have had my business, but apparently too busy, u don’t need my business then.
My dad and I were helped by a lovely young associate named Natalia. She was patient and funny and took care of all of our needs. Give that girl a raise!
Natalia helped me in getting a new phone and was excellent. Super kind and helpful, not pushy, which I appreciated. Honest and up front, not trying to upsell me, but just giving me what I wanted, which wasn't my experience with others. Hopefully this review reaches who it should to give her a nice bonus! :)
HFS what happened here. The store is empty the shelfs are empty save for a random charger hanging here there. The floor is filthy its so depressing its like the backrooms in here. Dystopian cellular hell with $30 activation fees. We are truly in the end times.
