Tried to call to ask a question if the store had a specific phone we were looking for. The very rude gentleman that answered the phone told me "unknown and that there are 3 people in front of you" but yet proceeded to try to sell me the next model that was on pre-order. When I shared we were in a time situation and didn't want to wait on a pre order he said "ok thanks" and hung up. Definitely will not be dropping $650+ at that US Cellular location!
Eric was very helpful and treated me and his employees with kindness and respect! He explained everything clearly and answered my questions with his knowledge and expertise. I had a great experience!
