Zero help from this place. Still getting charged for service we dropped months ago for T-Mobile. Stopped by to try to get answers and the can't help without current cell number through them. Have account number but they claim they can't help.
I came in looking for a new phone and phone plan; mind you, I am a completely new customer. Though there was a bit of a wait time, since there was only one salesman on staff (and one trainee), Eric and Mindy were super friendly and kept up conversation with all the other customers. I got my new phone, and they were able to give me some very good tips about how to take care of my device! Very helpful, and very friendly!
