Don't even go down this road. We signed up for the whole package. Went thru absolute hell trying to get numbers ported and then three months after i cancelled all services i continued to get bills. Then they claim they just canceled two of the three services when I canceled all services. Why would I only cancel partial services and then replace three services with another carrier. horrible company. the service sucks and is overpriced. there aren't any alternatives so they screw you even by phone company standards.
