My experience started with a 1 star but ended with 5. Let me explain. The salesman I first had, sold myself and a few friends a deal that did not exist. He is no longer with the company but it could have costs us hundreds of dollars. I went to management and worked with Matthew Denis. Liars and Scammers.. Went in the remove my recently deceased grandfathers plan off our account. Was talked into getting the new 17pro. Because of the USC and T-MOBILE merge and my phone trade in I was told I’d be getting the phone for free. I asked SEVERAL times is this too good to be true? Will I be paying monthly installments? The customer service here is lack luster to say the least. The wifi from this company would go out for days on end and trying to get any kind of support or possible solution was non existent. The only thing to do would be to wait for hours or days on end, just hoping it would come back on. I understand wifi outages can happen. However I would expect from a company some sort of solution or course of action to get the problem resolved instead of just being kept on ice and hoping for the best whenever it turns back on.
