Worst service ever. Very unprofessional and do not care for their customers. Went there for a simple process and they basically said it would take too long g to process our request. Called the "real" us cellular store and they took care of us in 5 minutes. Save your time and frustration.
I have been a US Cellular Customer for years and in 2012 I went to this location Near the FedEx Store in the strip mall of BA. Anyway, the techs helped me to pick out a phone that best suited my business needs, are usually available to help customers and are knowledgeable, professional, and intelligent. I would highly recommend this location for your US Cellular needs.
