This afternoon I went to your office in Dubuque with a problem. On Saturday night, my son’s phone was stolen while he was in Madison, Wisconsin. My son and his girlfriend found the phone at an ECO ATM station at WalMart in Madison but the attendant told them they could not have the phone without identification numbers.
