Blane was fantastic! Took the time we needed without making us feel we were wasting his time. Can't express how he made us feel like we were VALUED customers. Would highly suggest coming to this store versus the one by walmart (they were terrible to work with). If you're looking for a new phone, upgraded phone, or accessories, come to this store and ask for Blane, you will not be disappointed.
I stopped in at the 1603 S West Ave store in Freeport to swap an IPhone for a lost flip phone. Through a steady stream of customers the staff (Blane, Jose & Rhonda) worked as a team, trading off tasks to facilitate a more efficient customer experience. I realized a lot of the customers were repeats and I can understand why. I was truly impressed with the level of knowledge and service. This will definitely be my “go to” store going forward!!

Sales agent didn't have any customer service and didn't offer a phone case and the n equipment and phone dropped out the door. ....was not happywiththetreatmentmy friend didn't receive. ALSO IN ROCKFORD AND FREEPORT EVEN CALLED HER Jane doe and she was almost killed after a day with the phone.
