They did a very good job explaining my options, they were quick and knowledgeable.
Friendly but poor customer service. If your lucky you might get someone that will actually help you. Most of the time I get told "we can't do that". My biggest problem with US cellular locations is having to stand or sit around and wait to be helped. My shortest wait time was about 15 minutes but in another instance my girlfriend and I waited almost an hour till she got up and walked out. They seen that then made an effort to get to me about 5 min after. I also don't like how they don't recognize customer loyalty. I've been ... read more
