The only reason their getting one star is the the open sign was on. We got new phones a month ago because of them upgrading there system. We have always had good luck during this lengthy process but not this time. We have had nothing but problems with one of the phones. We were not getting text messages. What a joy coming into the waverly store!
My husband and I were in recently and the store manager, Annette was rude and disrespectful. She was a bit too pushy on their free line for life promotion. She was also misleading because of the fact that they say it’s free, but there was a $30 activation fee. Not to mention having to pay taxes on it as well. It does not do any good either if you aren’t enrolled in auto pay. At first we weren’t understanding the whole concept and she made it seem like we were stupid.
