I had such a wonderful time at this store. Their customer service is wonderful and they were very helpful!
We went to the store to get assistance dealing with a lost iPhone. They tried to sell us a new phone with no care about the issue of the lost phone. We went to Waterloo where they assisted us with how to report and told us we have device protection on that phone. If we buy a new phone, we will be buying in Waterloo.
