Horrible. Have had nothing but problems since the day we switched with your company November 2024. I would never recommend anyone going to this store. If I could go back in time I would and go to a different Uscellular store or never have even switched companies to begin with.

Today my husband and I went to our favorite U.S. Cellular store because of a few concerns with my phone. As always, the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Thank you, Chase, for your help. You answered all of my questions. We have been with U.S. Cellular for over 35 years.
Nathan & Chase are amazing!! Make sure you visit this location, they do it all…. sell phones, fix problems, payments, etc!!! My husband and I were very upset with issues with our phones and had just been turned away at the crossroads mall location bc they had no idea how to assist us!!! We stopped @ 1513 Flammang Dr Waterloo and tried again bc Sunday is our only day off!! These 2 were patient, polite and very knowledgeable!!! They fixed the issues & got us into 2 new phones!! Everything I was told was completely incorrect. I was told certain prices for specific products & everything I’m stuck with now costs ways more. Lack of communication & honesty. Would not come back here!!!
